 A recent newspaper article highlighted the appalling drops in men's sperm counts over the last few decades.  Some men have so little that they cannot father a baby.  Some sperm counts are already low and the sperm themselves aren't viable.  The hormone testosterone is needed for not only reproduction and sperm counts but for the vitality of the body itself.  They also bring up long covid strategies to regain your health.

Dr. Fung has authored a number of books, "The Obesity Code", "The Diabetes Code", "The Cancer Code" and more.  As a nephrologist, he noticed that our usual treatment for diabetes brings people to his office with kidney failure.  He researched traditional healing methods and found that with fasting protocols, it is possible to reverse obesity and diabetes.  Conventional methods do not improve the health of people facing a diagnosis of diabetes.
