Cardiologist Stephen Sinatra joins Carol and Corinne to discuss the mind body connection to heart disease. Dr. Sinatra wrote numerous books and was a pioneer in introducing coenzyme Q 10 supplementation for the heart. It's with a heavy heart (a saying that would be noted by Dr. Sinatra) that we learned of Dr. Sinatra's passing. This interview was recorded on Feb 10, 2022 and we are replaying this in his honor.
