Coorinne and Carol continued on the theme of stopping the 8 pounds more during the holiday season. We took time to review the last year's pearls. We discussed copper deficiency with iron overload, high uric acid and fructose and insulin resistance. We went through a carbohydrate addicts questionnaire to identify issues.
